Today's PM Workout: Easy run w/ Brian
Summary: 4.98 mi, 45:59, 9:14 pace (there was some starting and stopping, Brian's first post-half marathon run, he wasn't feeling too hot in the middle)
Hit Rate: 105/115 (91.3%)
